ReviewRescue is a review assistant for small businesses: it watches the reviews of your companies on Yandex Business and Google Business, shows which ones are still waiting for a reply, and drafts responses with AI — in your voice, ready to be inserted into the reply form. You keep full control: nothing is ever posted without your confirmation. It is built for owners and managers who understand that reviews decide whether the next customer calls them or their competitor — but who simply cannot spend hours every week writing replies. ------------------------------------------------------------ THE PROBLEM IT SOLVES ------------------------------------------------------------ Reviews are the first thing a potential customer reads. An unanswered negative review looks like indifference; an unanswered positive one is a wasted opportunity to strengthen loyalty. Answering every review is one of the highest-impact marketing activities a local business can do — and one of the easiest to fall behind on. If you have one company on one platform, keeping up is manageable. But in real life there are two platforms, several branches, dozens of reviews per month, and a to-do list that never shrinks. Logging into two cabinets a day just to check for new reviews is exactly the kind of routine that falls apart the moment things get busy. ReviewRescue centralizes and automates that routine. The extension checks your review pages on a schedule, keeps a single list of reviews that are still waiting for a reply, and prepares AI drafts so that answering takes seconds, not minutes. The human part — reading the review, adjusting the tone, deciding what to offer — stays with you. ------------------------------------------------------------ WHAT IT DOES ------------------------------------------------------------ • AUTOMATIC MONITORING. On a schedule you choose (for example, every 30 minutes) the extension quietly opens your account pages in the background, reads the review lists and closes them. You do not need to keep any tabs open. • NOTIFICATIONS. When a genuinely new review appears, you get a browser notification — with the rating, the platform and a preview of the text. One click opens everything you need. • ONE "UNANSWERED" LIST. Reviews from all your accounts and locations that are still waiting for a reply are collected in a single list. Each card shows the platform badge, the author, the date, the star rating and the full review text — long reviews expand with one click. • AI DRAFTS IN ONE CLICK. Press "Draft a reply" and the AI writes a response in your company's voice. The draft appears right in the popup: read it, copy it, or insert it straight into the reply form on the review page — you confirm and send. • BADGE COUNTER. The extension icon shows a red counter with the number of reviews still waiting for your answer. When everything is handled, it disappears. • "ALL REVIEWS" VIEW. Toggle one switch to see every review from the last check — including the ones already answered — with platform tags and a green "replied" mark. Useful for a quick overview of your reputation. • MULTI-LOCATION. Managing several branches or several accounts? Add each reviews page as a separate line in the settings. All of them are checked in turn, and every review is tagged with its platform and branch name. ------------------------------------------------------------ REVIEW PAGES ------------------------------------------------------------ • Yandex Business (business.yandex.ru, including legacy sprav pages) • Google Business Profile (business.google.com/reviews) Both can be enabled at the same time: each platform is detected automatically from the page address, and the parser adapts to it. You can start with just one platform and add the other later — new pages are added as new lines in the settings, no reinstall required. ------------------------------------------------------------ BRING YOUR OWN AI ------------------------------------------------------------ ReviewRescue works with the AI service you already use. Select your provider in the settings, paste your API key and choose a model — drafts follow your prompt and your brand's voice. Subscription-based plans, pay-per-token APIs and locally hosted models are all supported. The reply prompt is fully configurable: your company name is inserted automatically; you define the tone, the length, and what to offer unhappy customers. If the AI is unavailable, a fallback reply text is used — so a draft is always at hand even offline. ------------------------------------------------------------ TWO REPLY MODES ------------------------------------------------------------ • MANUAL (default, recommended). The draft is inserted into the reply form under the review — you read it, adjust it if you want, and press "Send" yourself. This is exactly how a normal person answers reviews, just faster. • AUTO (experimental, disabled by default). The extension can send the reply automatically without confirmation. Powerful, but you are responsible for every published text — enable only if you fully trust your prompt. ------------------------------------------------------------ GETTING STARTED, STEP BY STEP ------------------------------------------------------------ 1. Install the extension and open its Settings. 2. MONITORING section: set the check interval (15–60 minutes is reasonable) and paste the URLs of your review pages — one per line. You can mix platforms. 3. REPLIES & AI section: choose your reply mode, paste the fallback text, then select an AI provider and paste its API key. Pick a model from the list or type your own. 4. Set your company name and edit the reply prompt to match your brand's voice. 5. Press Save. Chrome will ask for access to the provider's domain — allow it; that is required for requests with your key. 6. Press "Scan accounts" in the popup. Within a minute you will see your reviews: the unanswered ones with drafts, the answered ones with a green mark. Important: log into your business accounts in this browser first. The extension works with your own logged-in session — it never asks for your account passwords. ------------------------------------------------------------ YOUR DAILY ROUTINE ------------------------------------------------------------ A red badge on the extension icon means reviews are waiting. Open the popup, read what came in, press "Draft a reply" on each review you want to answer, then "Open account & insert" — the cabinet opens on the right review with the text already in the form. Check, press "Send", done. Thirty seconds per review instead of ten minutes. Everything is remembered between sessions: your review history, prepared drafts and settings survive browser restarts. ------------------------------------------------------------ PRIVACY AND SECURITY ------------------------------------------------------------ • API keys, settings and review history are stored ONLY in your browser's local storage. They never leave your machine — except the review text, which is sent to the AI provider you selected, strictly to generate a draft. • The settings export file never contains API keys — you enter them manually after moving to a new computer. • No analytics, no tracking, no accounts, no servers of ours. The extension uses your own logged-in browser session. • Auto-reply is disabled by default. The recommended manual mode is indistinguishable from replying by hand. ------------------------------------------------------------ TIPS ------------------------------------------------------------ • First scan after setup may take up to a minute: review platforms load their lists gradually, and the extension scrolls the page to collect everything. • Make sure you are logged into your business accounts in this browser — otherwise the check of that page will simply report an error. • The interface language follows your browser language (English, Russian, Spanish and Chinese are supported). • If a page starts returning zero reviews after some time, the platform probably changed its markup — press "Diagnostics" in the popup to capture a snapshot of the page that will help fix the parsers. ------------------------------------------------------------ ReviewRescue — replies for Yandex & Google reviews.
