LastPass: Free Password Manager

Totally idiotic password manager. I can't recover my Master Password. It just keeps looping around hints and not sending the OTP. Not really solving anything.

It's the best thing since sliced bread! I don't know what I would do without this app! I can have more secure passwords and I don't have to remember them anymore

If you want a bad company and lose all your passwords, go for LastPass. Even with onetime passwords, Masterpassword, phone verification and Email you still get locked out because this is just a trash addon. You cannot get support without login in, so you are lost but wait, you never get any support xD And at least, if you do an vault export to use it some other way, wait. THE VAULT EXPORT FILE IS EMPTY (usually should have 300+ entries)

I've been a LastPass user for a 2 years now... Love(d) it. Something happened about a week ago, and now LP just doesnt work with Chrome any longer. I mean, if you already have a password made and in the vault, it'll work -- but, you cant login to the vault, make edits. It just gives you blank screen with a LastPass logo on it. IT WORKS FINE IN EDGE! ...which is where I have to go if I want to do anything in the app.

An update to my review of 4.130.2: Autofill rarely works. I'm evaluating alternatives, but I'm hesitant to actually export my data; I have no confidence at the moment that it would work correctly, if it worked at all. It's been 10 days since this latest piece of garbage was dropped, and I don't see any words from LastPass about when we can expect to see something that works. Ever since I updated Chrome, my LastPass extension has been broken. I have to "repair" it every time I open Chrome and login again. This is a problem because my password has to be such a funky unmemorable one that I can't possibly remember it, and resetting is impossible when it won't "recognize" my computers. Please fix the extension or else this service is useless.

My Lastpass account did not recognize my new password for my master account. As a result, I couldn't get into any of my private accounts online. It took forever to determine how I could talk to a human at LastPass and asked to speak to someone rather than receive an email. I have not been able to respond to any of their customer service emails. I cannot reach the login server, so I am in the local mode, which is also not working. I have read the recent criticisms. Has anyone gotten any resolution?

I've never had a problem until today, can't log on and safe box spins like it's thinking, but has been doing it most of the day and I'm unable to contact anyone. Does the solar flares have anything to do with it? A lot of my programs aren't working properly.
