Hello everyone, my name is Camille 👋 I learn a lot from YouTube, but I always found it way too easy to watch something and feel like I understood it without actually remembering much. I studied computer science in university, and found that I got my best grades when I actively watched videos by pausing, drawing diagrams, and quizzing myself on important sections. So I CramJam to do that for me and do what works best, which is to actively quiz you on the content you are watching to learn. The flow is super simple: you click a button to make quizzes from each chapter in the video. If the video doesn't have chapters, Cramjam makes the chapters for you. Then you can start watching, and when you reach the end of a chapter, the video pauses and you get tested with multiple choice, short answer, or interactive questions. If you’re stuck, you can spend coins to jump back to the exact part of the video where the answer is explained. At the end, you get a final quiz covering the most important ideas from the whole video. You also earn coins based on how well you do, which will eventually unlock pets and other rewards 🐾 The goal is simple: stop passively watching and actually remember what you learn.
