AEM DAM Downloader helps you download digital assets from Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets) Classic UI (DAM Admin) quickly and reliably. Use it on pages where the URL contains: /damadmin#/content/dam/... KEY FEATURES • Download from the current page, all pages, or selected items only • Support for images, videos, PDFs, and many other file types • Download as individual files or as a single ZIP archive • Keep folder structure inside the archive • Include or exclude subfolders • Filter assets by file type before downloading • Settings for default file types and download preferences • Interface available in 11 languages WHO IT IS FOR Content managers, developers, and designers who work with AEM Digital Asset Management (DAM) in Classic UI. HOW TO USE 1. Open a folder in AEM DAM Admin 2. Click the extension icon 3. Choose download mode and options 4. Click Download IMPORTANT • Works with AEM Assets Classic UI (damadmin) only • Modern Touch UI / Assets UI is not supported • The extension uses your existing AEM session in the browser to access assets you are already allowed to view PERMISSIONS • activeTab — to interact with the current DAM Admin tab • downloads — to save files to your computer • scripting — to inject the content script when needed • storage — to save your settings and language preference
