I have downloaded the extension, signed up for the trial but nothing is happening, If I understood correctly I should see red and green ratings. I see nothing. What should I do?

How to subscribe?

I have had the 2-week free trial and want to subscribe but cannot find anywhere to do so! I have been searching for several weeks!
Or is this not available outside the North Atlantic region? I use North American and some European news sites all the time though I don't live in that area.

Problem with Ecosia

In Ecosia the extension works in the main page, but it doesn't work in the "news" section. Can you solve this problem? Thank you. LP

I cancelled this service after the billing last month. And yet, lo and behold, here is another charge this month. I am not happy. Please stop this. I would like the newest charge refunded and quickly.

Paid for Subscription - Then NewsGuard Stopped Working

You sollicited me to subscribe to your product at a discounted price. I did so. Now I no longer get any indicators of the credibility of any news source on FB. I cannot find any indication why it is not functioning. It appears with the other add-ons in my Chrome browser. I cannot find any setting that might have switched it off. What's up? I feel like I've been robbed. This after I recommended your product to many friends.

Submit site for review.

When I click on the button to submit a site for review nothing happens. How do I know that the site was actually submitted?
