Tested with Firefox - permanet reloading
Hi,
First of all, great plugin!
I tried using it with Chrome on a Raspberry Pi, but unfortunately, Chrome Browser doesn’t perform very well.
So, I tested it with Firefox as Browser instead, which worked for me.
I also tried your Kiosk-Extension Firefox port. However, the main issue is that after saving the Kiosk-Extension settings, the browser permantly reloads every URL in every Tab specified in the ‘Homepage and Idle Reload’ setting.
It seems like the trigger timer isn’t functioning correctly. Interestingly, deactivating the option afterwards has no effect—the reload process doesn’t stop.
This issue is reproducible on both a Mac and a Raspberry Pi 4.

Cannot access a chrome:// URL
Hi there,
I'm using the extension on a kiosk I've built that runs chrome in incognito/kiosk mode pointing to a specific 3rd party website. We noticed that there is a part of the website that is failing to load, when looking at the error I can see the following: Uncaught (in promise) Error: Cannot access a chrome:// URL, context: background.js, stack trace: background.js:0 (anonymous function). When I disable the extension I can load that specific part of the site but just not when the extension is enabled.

Problem with homepage being a file on the PC
I want my 'homepage' to be a file on a PC. It is located at C:/System/Sarjeant/Sarjeantlanding.html. So in Kiosk Extension I have entered the homepage as: file:///C:/System/Sarjeant/Sarjeantlanding.html
I start Chrome from a shortcut on the Windows desktop that has the the following in it's Target: "C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --kiosk "file:///C:/System/Sarjeant/Sarjeantlanding.html" This works perfectly - so Chrome is definitely recognising the 'file://' URL.
However, when I try to tap/click on the Home icon (turned on in Kiosk Extension), I am booted out of Chrome and returned to my Windows desktop. It's like Kiosk Extension doesn't recognise 'file://' as the beginning URL for the homepage. What am I doing wrong?

Chromium Browser Crashes on Idle Reset
I am running the extension on Raspberry Pi Model 4 with Raspberry Pi OS. Whenever the Kiosk session attempts to return to the homepage after inactivity the browser just closes out. Any ideas?

Configuration in ChromeOS Running Kiosk Mode Only
I have several ChromeOS tablets that I use to run a Google Slides presentation. As far as the functionality of Google Slides goes, there is little I can do to make it run the way I want. I think your extension can help.
I manage our Chrome devices, which are strictly licensed as Kiosks only, and have pushed the Slideshow to it. I was able to enable your extension on it just fine. When I launch the Slideshow the Go Back button appears, but I cannot figure out how to access the rest of the configuration for the extension in order to select different settings. Am I missing something, or is this not possible.
What I am wondering is how one would setup your extension when they are using a ChromeOS device that runs apps only in kiosk mode from the sign in screen?
Thanks!

Signing Out of Websites
Hello!
I work for a public library and use Chrome for our catalog kiosks our patrons use. Is there any way I can make it so that if a patron forgets to sign out of their account in our catalog Chrome will sign out of their account after one minute of inactivity? I see you can make it reset to a home page, which is a fantastic feature, but from my testing it keeps accounts signed-in. Thank you for your time and for making this extension!

Display rule
Hello, I have a computer with touch screen/tablet feature. Among touch screen uses, I read news paper. I can only manage page exclusion with Kiok, while I would like to use the back button only on some specific news paper URLs. Can you please advise if there is a way of doing it ? Thank you

Button Positions
I'm trying to customize the back and QR buttons to be at the bottom right corner of the browser, but it reconfigures to the center of the screen. Is there a solution for this issue? How can I get the buttons pinned to the bottom corner?
