Does not work in Thailand

This extension does not work in Thailand, I think it's because the url is https://www.hbogo.co.th/.

Fullscreen Option?

It'd be nice if there was a toggle-able button to force it to be fullscreened, when another episode plays it minimizes, it would be convenient to keep that into fullscreen.

Could you make this work with HBO Go as well? Seems kinda arbitrary to only work on Now
