This Chrome extension is an on-device OCR text extraction tool that lets users capture and copy text from websites in multiple ways, with support for 102 recognition languages. It allows users to select a region of a webpage to recognize text from an image, click directly on webpage elements to copy their visible text, or right-click any text element to copy its content. A separate workspace keeps captured text available even after the popup closes, where users can review and edit the text, check word and character counts, and copy or export it as a `.txt` file. Optional text cleanup removes extra spaces while preserving paragraphs, and users can include the source page title and URL with sensitive URL parameters stripped. English OCR works offline immediately, while other language packs can be downloaded on demand and cached for future use. Privacy is a core feature: recognition runs locally on the device, captured content is never uploaded, no account is required, and the extension does not request clipboard-read permission.
