SnapPilot — Capture, Record, Edit & Share SnapPilot is a browser productivity extension for capturing screenshots, recording your screen, editing visual content, sharing recordings, and creating reusable browser workflows. Use SnapPilot when you need to explain something visually without leaving Chrome. Capture screenshots Take visible-area, full-page, and scrollable-region screenshots. Long-page capture includes progress tracking and support for large pages that may need to be split into multiple images. Captured screenshots can be edited, annotated, saved, and processed with OCR. Record your screen Record a browser tab, application window, entire screen, or camera-only video. Recording options include microphone audio, supported system or tab audio, camera layouts, virtual backgrounds, subtitles, and teleprompter tools. Edit recordings SnapPilot includes a built-in video editor for preparing recordings before download or sharing. You can trim recordings, add visual annotations, adjust image settings, control audio, edit subtitles, and apply supported framing and presentation effects. When sharing from the editor, SnapPilot uses the current edited version of the recording. Share recordings Create a web link for recordings you choose to share. Shared recordings can include browser playback, transcript viewing, highlights, timestamp navigation, comments, replies, reactions, and activity information. Guests can view shared recordings. Some collaboration features require a SnapPilot account. Recording-sharing limits depend on your plan. Free - Up to 5-minute shared recordings - Up to 7-day expiry - Up to 5 active recording shares Pro - Up to 30-minute shared recordings - Up to 30-day expiry - Up to 50 active recording shares Business - Up to 60-minute shared recordings - Up to 90-day expiry - Up to 200 active recording shares Browser workflows Pro and Business plans include reusable browser workflows. You can capture a browser process, save it as a reusable flow, play it back with step guidance, edit steps and notes, export it, or create a share link. Pro supports up to 20 active flows. Business supports up to 100 active flows. Browser workflow functionality is not included in the Free plan. Local-first capture workflow Normal screenshot, recording, editing, OCR, and Gallery workflows are handled locally in the extension. Content is uploaded only when you explicitly use an online feature that requires it, such as creating a recording share link. Plans The Free plan includes core screenshot, recording, editing, OCR, Gallery, subtitle, teleprompter, and limited recording-sharing functionality. Paid plans add browser workflows and higher recording-sharing limits. Eligible new users may also receive a 7-day Pro trial through supported signup flows.
