Haze Watch SG

Live haze, PSI, PM2.5, AQI and temperature readings for Singapore, with the current number on the toolbar icon.

Check Singapore’s air quality without opening a website. Haze Watch SG shows the current reading on your toolbar icon, coloured by how bad the air is. Click the icon to see more: • Live PSI, 1-hour PM2.5 and AQI • Readings for North, South, East, West and Central • Temperature and “feels like” • A one-line note on whether the air is getting better or worse, with a 24-hour trend • A panda or an otter that reacts to the haze. It’s happy on a clear day, wears a mask when the air is bad, and passes out when it’s hazardous. You can switch between an hourly PSI estimate (the default), AQI and the US EPA AQI. The icon follows whichever you pick. There’s no account, no tracking and no ads. The extension only asks sghaze.vercel.app for the readings. The data comes from NEA’s open data on data.gov.sg and updates about every hour. The hourly PSI is an estimate worked out from the latest 1-hour PM2.5. The official PSI is a 24-hour average, and the extension shows it alongside. Other apps may show different numbers because they use a different region, time window or scale.
