You opened the tab even though, deep down, you knew it wasn't the right time. Havn puts a pause between the urge and the site. Add the sites that pull you off task. When you try to open one, Havn asks you a reflection question, guides you through slow breaths while a timer counts down, and checks in once more before anything opens. How it works: Add the sites you want to limit. Answer a reflection question when you try to open one. Breathe while the timer runs. You choose how long you wait. Confirm, and the site opens for a set time, then blocks again. Your blocklist, settings, and answers stay on your device. Havn doesn't send your data anywhere.
