**Important: load board policies.** HaulProfit is a browser extension that adds profitability badges and a calculator to load board pages you visit. **Some load boards' Terms of Service prohibit third-party browser extensions or automated profitability tools, and a board that enforces those terms could warn, suspend, or terminate your account.** HaulProfit cannot reinstate a load board account; we can help you appeal, but the board makes the decision. By installing, you accept this risk. Your numbers, your math, faster: anywhere a load shows up, we score it before you say yes — using your real fuel, your real truck, and 47 cost factors that actually move the number. Every calc shows its work and you can audit it. The browser extension you are about to install is **one entry point** into that workflow. You can use the others alongside it, or instead of it. **Other ways to score a load (no extension required):** - **Text it (SMS).** Forward a broker's load text to our shortcode and get a score back in seconds. - **Forward it (email).** Forward a broker offer email to a HaulProfit address. Same score, in your inbox. - **Snap it (photo).** Photograph a rate confirmation or load card in the HaulProfit mobile app. We OCR it and score it. - **Upload it (spreadsheet).** Drop a CSV or Excel file of loads you are considering and bulk-score in seconds. - **Type it (web calculator).** Open the in-app calculator on web or mobile and key the load in yourself. - **Mobile app.** In-app calculator plus a phone-friendly view of the boards you already use, on iOS and Android. If you live on a load board on a desktop all day, this extension is the fastest entry point and that is exactly when to use it. If loads come at you from brokers, partners, group chats, or your own pipeline, the other entry points above are usually faster — and they keep working even on a board that does not allow third-party extensions. **What this extension does on a load board page:** - Reads the loads you have already loaded in your browser, computes per-load profitability from your truck's cost defaults, and shows a colored badge plus a small calculator widget next to each load. - Runs entirely in your browser, on your authority. It does not browse boards in the background, does not paginate or "load more" on its own, and does not send your account credentials anywhere. - Reports a minimal anonymized signal (board hostname, extension version, hour bucket, and a random deduplication token) when you land on a board's suspension, termination, or access-denied page, so we can warn other users. No personal information, account ids, or page content is sent. **Watch your incoming loads.** Save a lane once and HaulProfit matches every load that reaches you — by text, email, photo, spreadsheet, the in-app calculator, or this extension — against that lane and pings you when one fits. The watch list is built from *your* incoming loads, not from network-wide sightings. **What you control:** - Acknowledge the risk-disclosure screen at install time. Until you do, the extension does nothing on any board page. - Turn the extension off for a single board, or switch a board to passive mode, from the extension's settings page. - Turn off the anonymized board-suspension signal described above at any time from the extension's settings page (Advanced section, "Share board suspension signals"). When off, the extension sends no suspension event of any kind. - Uninstall at any time from chrome://extensions. The extension works on the major load boards you already use, including the largest US dedicated boards, the major broker portals, and a Canadian load network.
