Assistance Required with Disappearing Chrome Application

Hello,

At some point, an application that I usually pin in Google Chrome disappeared. I've reinstalled it several times and also rebooted my computer, but I still can't find the reason why. Once, Windows showed me a notification that the program was added to background apps, but I couldn't find it among the programs on my computer. Additionally, although the application appears in the library of installed extensions in Google Chrome, the toolbar and main window do not display.

I would be grateful if you could help me solve this issue.
