Fill an Etsy draft listing from your HardPartDone listings.

HardPartDone builds Etsy listings. This extension is the last step: it takes a listing you have already finished in your HardPartDone account and fills it into a draft listing in your own Etsy shop — every mockup image, the digital files your buyer downloads, the title, the thirteen tags, the description and the price. WHY INSTALL IT Listing one product by hand means uploading eight or ten images in the right order, attaching the download files, pasting a title, typing thirteen tags one at a time, and pasting a description. Then doing the whole thing again for the next one. If you list in batches, that is the part of the day you lose. This does that part in one click. It also does not change how you sell. Your category, your delivery settings and your return policy come from a template draft you set up once, exactly the way you like it. HOW IT WORKS 1. Create a pairing token in HardPartDone and paste it into the extension. You do this once. 2. On Etsy, make a single draft listing by hand and set the things only you can decide — category, digital-download or shipping settings, policies. That draft is your template. You make it once. 3. Open the extension on any Etsy tab, choose a listing and your template, and press Push. Each push copies your template into a NEW draft and fills in the new content. The template itself is never touched, so one template seeds every listing you ever make. Progress shows in the popup, and closing the popup does not cancel a push in flight. WHAT IT WILL NOT DO It only ever writes drafts. It never publishes anything. Pressing Publish stays yours, every time. Your Etsy password never reaches HardPartDone. The extension works inside the Etsy session you are already signed in to, in your own browser, and your credentials are never sent to us. If a push fails part way, everything is uploaded before anything is attached, so your shop is left exactly as it was. WHAT IT NEEDS A HardPartDone account at app.hardpartdone.com, and an Etsy shop of your own. You do not have to install anything to use HardPartDone. Every finished listing can also be downloaded as a ZIP — the copy as text, the images numbered in upload order, and the files your buyer receives — and uploaded by hand. This extension exists to save you that hour.
