Replaces hard 'th'→þ, soft 'th' → ð; optionally restores w → ƿ, s → ſ, and → ⁊, gh → ȝ, and ng → ŋ
Replaces hard 'th' → þ (thorn), soft 'th's → ð (eth); optionally replaces w → ƿ (wynn), nonterminal s → ſ (long s), and → ⁊ (Tironean and), gh → ȝ (yogh), and terminal ng → ŋ (eng).
