HAR Analyzer AI is a Chrome extension that turns raw network captures into plain-English answers. Drop in a .har file exported from Chrome DevTools, and a local, deterministic engine runs 13 detectors — failed requests, redirect chains, slow timing phases, oversized transfers, missing cache headers, duplicate downloads, mixed content, oversized cookies, HTTP/1.1 connection contention, 429 rate limiting, third-party weight, and slow DNS — then rolls everything into a 0–100 health score with a letter grade. Where available, it layers on your browser's built-in on-device AI (Gemini Nano) to explain findings in plain language and answer free-form questions about your capture, like "why is checkout slow?" or "why is login failing?" — all without a single byte leaving your machine. If on-device AI isn't available on your system, the extension falls back to its rule-based explanations automatically, so it's fully useful either way.
