HappyForce Toolbox bundles the HappyCo support team's workflow tools into one extension — each with its own instant on/off toggle. 🚨 PRIORITY SCANNER — Auto-loads all Unread work orders and scans every issue and resident message for emergency keywords in English AND Spanish (leaks, flooding, gas smells, fire, ceiling collapse, and more — accent-insensitive). Emergencies get a red badge and pin to the top, oldest first. Click a badge to dismiss it. A floating counter jumps you between priorities. 🔗 URL BUNDLER PRO — Hold Z and rubber-band drag across work orders (or any links) to collect them, then open them all in background tabs. Live deselection when you drag back, auto-scroll that works inside nested scroll panes, and a draggable control panel with pause/resume/stop, batch size, delay, a max-tabs cap, and copy-to-clipboard so a bundle is never lost. ⚠️ WO ALERTS — A red banner on Mark-Taylor work orders reminds the team: gather info and delegate, don't troubleshoot. Lightbulb-responsibility phrases glow inside Instructions for Virtual Technicians so they're impossible to miss. 🌙 DARK THEME — A full dark dashboard for Happy Force: dark tables, styled buttons and modals, color-coded statuses, and a floating Technician Instructions panel. Also adds a clean, editable copy of the work order description right under the SMS box — HF notes, URLs, and boilerplate stripped, Access/Entry/Pet notes hidden, and your edits remembered per work order for the session. 🎨 PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTER — Team-managed color highlighting powered by a shared Google Sheet. Four tabs (Blue, Yellow, Green, Red) hold property and phrase lists; matching text on the hub gets painted in that color within 2 minutes of a sheet edit — no extension update needed. Includes a color legend and a "refresh now" button in the popup. 💤 AFTER-HOURS HIDER — Sidebar toggles that hide tickets over an hour old whose resident local time is between 9pm and 8am, or show only the 8pm-hour wave. Counts shown live; excluded automatically on detail and unprocessed pages. 👥 RESIDENT GROUPS — Hides duplicate copies of the same work order row and draws a subtle band around back-to-back rows from the same resident, so multi-request residents read as one visit at a glance. Band colors follow the Dark Theme toggle automatically. Runs only on hub.happy.co. No data is collected, stored (beyond your own on/off preferences), or transmitted. No account, no tracking, no ads
