Handoff Guide

Turn browser screenshots into clear, illustrated client handoff guides. Edit, redact, and export locally.

Give clients instructions they can follow. Handoff Guide helps freelancers and small teams turn browser screenshots into clear, step-by-step instructions. Explain how to update a website, change business settings, or complete a recurring task. Capture a screen when you choose, add a short explanation, and point out the next action. Hide private information before sharing. When the guide is ready, export a self-contained HTML document that your client can open offline or print to PDF. Capture the visible area of a website with one deliberate click. Organize screenshots and written instructions into guides. Add arrows and permanently apply opaque redactions to saved screenshots. Add text-only steps or import PNG, JPEG, and WebP images. Reorder steps, add your name or studio name, start from a blank guide or a built-in starter template, and choose an accent color for exported headings. Review each step before export. Your guides stay in your browser profile. This version has no account, cloud sync, analytics, or subscription. It does not record your browsing in the background. Export copies of guides you need to keep before clearing browser data or uninstalling. Exports are readable guides, not editable project backups. Capture covers the visible page area only. Review screenshots and remove private information before sharing. Support and privacy questions: jsumpter415@gmail.com. Privacy policy: https://handoff-guide-privacy.pages.dev/
