Halo Navigator is a specialized toolkit for HaloITSM administrators, consultants, QA engineers or Agents. It helps you stay organised by highlighting which environment you are in (like Production or Test) and provides a "Command Palette" to jump between settings instantly. The core of Halo Navigator is the # Palette, allowing you to teleport across your Halo instance in seconds: • One-Key Access: Simply press the # key to open the command window. • Jump Anywhere: Type the name of any module or folder to go there instantly. • Custom Shortcodes: Set up your own "jump codes"—for example, type #con to jump to Configuration or #tic to jump to your Ticket list. • Fast Navigation: Press Enter to open in your current tab, or Tab to jump to a new one. 🛡️ Safe Environment Switching Stop the risk of making "the wrong change in the wrong place."
