Stops halopsa.com capturing the Esc key, adds keyboard shortcuts for ticket actions, and alerts on billing tags that need approval

HaloPSA swallows the Esc key, so a reflexive press closes a dialog instead of doing what you expected — and takes your unsaved work with it. This extension stops that, then adds a few things that make ticket work faster. Esc that behaves. Halo no longer captures Esc. If you do want the old behavior sometimes, turn on double-Esc bypass and two quick presses pass straight through. Single-key ticket actions. On a ticket, press a to acknowledge, w for a work note, r to re-assign, q to resolve, c to copy the ticket link, and more. Hold Alt (or Ctrl on Windows) with the arrow keys to move between sidebar lists. Shortcuts stay out of the way while you're typing in a text field. Billing tag alerts. When a ticket, contact panel, or incoming-call popup carries a tag like Requires Approval Non-Contract, a banner and a short chime let you know before you start billable work. Choose which tags alert you. Every feature toggles independently from the toolbar popup. Settings are stored locally on your device, and the extension collects no data and only runs on halopsa.com.
