Overview
Understand contract risk, obligations, dates, and negotiation points before you agree.
ClariLaw turns dense legal and commercial contract language into a clear decision brief before you sign. Select a clause on any webpage, capture readable page text, paste contract language, or import a PDF or DOCX. ClariLaw explains what the wording means in plain English, shows the exact source clause, identifies risk from Low to Critical, and surfaces the dates and obligations that are easy to miss. Use ClariLaw to: - Find an auto-renewal clause and the cancellation notice window. - Check for hidden fees, price changes, penalties, and unilateral changes. - See which obligations, confidentiality duties, or data-return requirements survive termination. - Review liability, indemnity, intellectual property, data-use, and termination constraints. - Compare two versions and identify added, removed, or riskier language. - Ask follow-up questions grounded in the current document. Every finding includes an explanation and a practical next step, such as a question to ask or wording to negotiate. Character usage and the remaining balance are visible in the workspace and Settings. ClariLaw is a paid product with the first 10,000 characters free for a new browser profile. After the free balance, optional character packs are available: 20,000 for $2, 120,000 for $4, or 600,000 for $14. ClariLaw reads only text you explicitly select, capture, paste, or import. Analysis history is stored locally in Chrome and can be disabled in Settings. Text sent for analysis is processed through OpenRouter. Do not include passwords, payment details, or unrelated confidential information. ClariLaw provides information and preparation support. It is not a law firm and does not replace advice from a qualified lawyer.
