Lyrique Bridge for YouTube Music

Streams what YouTube Music is playing (track, position, artwork) to the Lyrique desktop app on this computer over localhost.

Lyrique Bridge connects YouTube Music to Lyrique, a free app for Mac and Windows that shows beautiful, time-synced lyrics for whatever you're playing, word by word, in a window or full screen on a big display. What it does • Sends the current song (title, artist, album, artwork, position and the next song in the queue) to the Lyrique app on your computer • Lets Lyrique control playback: play/pause, skip, and jump 10 seconds • Measures when singing happens (loudness levels only, never audio) so lyrics line up automatically Great for • Singing along: karaoke mode fills the screen with just the lyrics, big enough for a TV or projector • Following songs in other languages, with romanization or a translation under each line • Lyrics while you work, in a slim bar that floats above your other windows No searching: the right lyrics appear by themselves as each song starts. Requires the free Lyrique app for Mac or Windows: https://lyrique.app Private by design: everything stays on your computer. The extension only talks to the Lyrique app on the same computer, over a local connection (127.0.0.1). No accounts, analytics or ads. Same extension, new name.
