Hacklets
Overview
Search for and use commands and bookmarks with ease
A command and bookmarks palette for your browser. Hacklets brings a command palette — like the one in VS Code — to your browser. Press Cmd+Shift+P (Ctrl+Shift+P) to search and run actions instantly, without touching the mouse. Features: - Bookmark search — fuzzy-search all your bookmarks and open them in the current tab, a new tab, or a new window. - Bookmarklet runner — search and execute your javascript: bookmarklets on any page. - Built-in commands — zoom, close tabs, duplicate tabs, move tabs, open incognito, share as markdown, and more. - Folder commands — point Hacklets at a local folder of .js scripts and run them from the palette. - Repeat last command — press Cmd+. to re-run whatever you just did. - Smart ranking — recently-used items float to the top. - Custom shortcuts — bind any palette item to a keyboard shortcut. Suggested keyboard shortcuts (for Mac): - Cmd+P — bookmarks palette - Cmd+Shift+P — commands palette - Cmd+. — repeat last command Suggested keyboard shortcuts (other systems): - Ctrl+P — bookmarks palette - Ctrl+Shift+P — commands palette - Ctrl+. — repeat last command Check the website for instructions on how to get started: https://ricobl.github.io/hacklets/ Hacklets runs entirely locally.
