If your are an expert working on any Gurulize based Platforms and serving your experience over internet based Audio/Video sessions we advise using this Gurulize Expert browser extension for you to receive incoming call for best practise. This extension will inform you better than just using the Expert Panel and your number of missed calls should decrease dramatically because this extension can make the call ring even the browser fails in some situations like when you just open the panel and did not interact with the page. With the help of this extension now you do not have to keep the expert panel open even you can close your browser and continue to receive calls without problems if you let your browser settings to keep running in background. This extension doesn't collect any personal or sensitive information and no data are stored locally or remotely and transmitted to anywhere, ever. This extension could keep running as a background process and listen for incoming calls and makes a ringing sound to notify you even your browser is closed.
