Black boxes in place of videos: Guillotined Chemist's Handbookl

Hi,
Is there a video encoder or something that I need to install into chrome browser which will allow me to view the videos embedded in this chrome extension. I'm getting a series of black boxes in the places where there the video clips should be.

Video Topics Aren't Working

Almost every topic is not working. I cannot see any info for any topic, just black boxes.
