GuideReply — AI reply prefill

Prefills your AI-suggested reply on GetYourGuide, Viator and TripAdvisor. You review it and hit the platform's own Submit.

GuideReply prefills the AI-drafted reply for a review directly inside GetYourGuide, Viator and TripAdvisor's own reply box, so you never retype what your dashboard already wrote. How it works: open a pending review in the portal. A "Fill in suggested reply" button appears next to the platform's own reply field. Click it and the AI draft appears in the box. Read it, edit anything you want, then submit with the platform's own Submit button, exactly as you would without the extension. GuideReply never posts on your behalf. It only reads the review open on your screen and fills a text field; you stay in control of every reply that goes out under your name. Each install connects to your own GuideReply dashboard with a private access key you generate yourself (extension Options -> paste your key). No data is shared between different GuideReply accounts.
