Simplify your documentation process with Guidance and ensure your users always have the guidance they need at their fingertips. GuidAInce Chrome Extension Tutorial Welcome to GuidAInce! This tutorial will help you understand how to use the various features of the GuidAInce Chrome extension. 1. Main Buttons Overview On the left side of the interface, you will find three main buttons: Power: Function: Turns the capture capability on and off. Usage: Click to toggle the capture mode. When active, every click on an HTML element is recorded. Export: Function: Opens the export panel. Usage: Click to navigate to the export panel where you can export your recorded actions as a JSON or DOCX file. Settings: Function: Opens the settings panel. Usage: Click to navigate to the settings panel. Here, you can add domains to the exclusion list. When on these domains, Guidance will not capture elements. 2. Action Controls Below the main buttons, there are additional controls for managing your captured actions: Show Actions: Function: Displays all captured elements. Usage: Click to view the list of all recorded actions. Reset Actions: Function: Resets all captured actions. Usage: Click to clear the current list of recorded actions. Edit Switch: Function: Enables editing mode for captured actions. Usage: Toggle the switch to enter edit mode, allowing you to: Remove Specific Action Cards: Click the delete icon on an action card to remove it. Reorder Action Cards: Drag and drop action cards to change their order. Additional Buttons in Edit Mode: Add New: Allows you to manually add a new action card. Crop: Enables you to crop a new image. Click and drag a green rectangle over the desired area of the image to crop it. ------- Important Reminders ---------- 1.When you stop recording your actions, ensure you click the designated button to avoid overloading your browser with multiple clicks. 2. For certain elements, clicking on a specific area may result in capturing a white box image instead of the desired image. In such cases, you can crop the image to obtain the correct one. ------ Known Issues ------ 1.Once clicking on input file buttons it may duplicate action cards, resulting in two action cards. 2.
