It lives side by side with your PMS and brings you insights about the guest you are viewing in the PMS from Hapi Guest for Salesforce so you always have the right information and insights at your fingertips and can delight and recognize guests when they arrive. No more switching between systems and tabs. Everything you need to recognize your guest and keep information up to date is at your fingertips with the Guest Pop for Salesforce. Features 1. Automatically fetches relevant guest data from Hapi Guest when you open a reservation in your PMS. No manual lookups or switching screens required. 2. Presents valuable information and insights about your guest right in the browser side panel so you never have to leave your PMS. 3. Uses secure Salesforce Authentication when you login so you know your information is safe. 4. Intelligently reacts to web pages that it recognizes, such as a PMS reservation record and stays disabled on pages it doesn't. How to get started 1. Click on the Guest Pop for Salesforce icon in the toolbar while on a supported web page. 2. Log in with your Hapi Guest Salesforce credentials. 3. Open a reservation in the browser based PMS and Hapi Guest information appears automatically in the side panel.
