Wider GTM and Tag Assistant UI, type filters, consent at a glance, and Shopify checkout events bridged into the page dataLayer.

GTM Enhancer improves the day-to-day experience of Google Tag Manager and Tag Assistant. Google Tag Manager: • Expand the content area to use the full browser width • Native-style "Filter by type" side drawer for Triggers and Variables, with per-type icons and counts • Type icons next to trigger and variable names in lists Tag Assistant (debug mode): • Auto-sized left sidebar — event names are never truncated • Shows a configurable dataLayer.push parameter (e.g. gtm.uniqueEventId or your event name field) as a green chip under each event • Floating panel to choose the field and hide noisy events (e.g. Container Loaded) • Loading spinner while parameters are read All settings are saved in Chrome sync storage. No data is collected or sent anywhere.
