Overview

Automatically add your company's DBC1 email signature in Gmail on the web. Requires a DBC1 account from your employer.

Requires a DBC1 account provided by your employer. If your company doesn't use DBC1, this extension won't work for you. DBC1 Signatures for Gmail adds your company-approved email signature to the messages you write in Gmail on the web. Your organization manages the signature content centrally in DBC1, so your contact details and branding stay consistent and up to date without you editing anything. HOW IT WORKS • Sign in once with your company account through DBC1 single sign-on. • Write a new message or reply in Gmail. The extension adds the right signature automatically, based on the rules your organization has set – for example, a different signature for colleagues inside your company and for external recipients, or for specific client domains. • The signature updates as you add or remove recipients. SETTINGS (in the extension popup) • Automatic insertion – turn automatic signatures on or off. • Insert at cursor – instead of adding the signature automatically, click a signature in the popup to place it exactly where your cursor is in the message. WHERE IT WORKS • Gmail on the web in Chrome (mail.google.com) • Gmail interface in English or Polish Not supported: the Gmail mobile apps, Outlook and other email clients, and other browsers. Messages sent from those use your regular signature. BEFORE YOU START DBC1 is provided by employers to their teams, and your DBC1 account must already be active. If you see "DBC1 isn't available for you", make sure you signed in to the extension with your work account, then contact your company's support team. FOR ORGANIZATIONS Signature templates, internal/external variants, domain rules and editing lock are configured centrally by HR or IT in the DBC1 admin panel. The extension only uses signatures assigned to the signed-in user. IT administrators can deploy the extension across their organization using Chrome Enterprise policies (Google Admin console or Microsoft Intune). PRIVACY The extension runs only on Gmail (mail.google.com). To choose the right signature, it reads the sender and recipient addresses of the message you are writing. This happens locally in your browser – recipient addresses and message content are never read by DBC1 or sent anywhere. The extension does not send, read or store your emails. Your work email address from sign-in is used only to retrieve your signatures. Only your sign-in token and settings are stored. Privacy policy: https://dbc1.com/privacy Help: support@dbc1.com
