Can't remove accounts
I'm trying to remove @sponsorapet from my account but can't. I've tried emailing Growthbeast, using the contact form, DM'ing on Instagram and Facebook, but no response.

Account Blocked Due to Payment Failure.
Hello, whenever I log into your software it says "Account Blocked Due to Payment Failure." I get an error, but I made my payment on the pre-last 05 april 2023. What exactly is the problem and how can I fix it?
I tried emailing and texting in the website help and contact us section but no one answered.
