GrowAhead turns any job you find into an application you're ready to send. When you open a job posting, a small "Add to GrowAhead" button appears. Press it and GrowAhead reads that one page, shows you what it read so you can correct it, then: • Scores your fit – a match score against your GrowAhead profile, what lines up, and what the job asks for that your resume doesn't show yet. • Tailors your resume – a version rewritten for this job using only what your resume already says. Nothing is invented. Download it as a PDF or review it in GrowAhead. • Plans the skills it needs – turn the missing skills into a weekly learning plan in GrowAhead Learning. • Fills employer application forms – on company career sites and the application systems employers use, it fills your details from your profile and attaches your tailored resume. You check everything and press Submit yourself. GrowAhead never submits for you. Apply to several jobs at once Add up to 5 jobs to your stack, then start them together. GrowAhead tailors a resume for each, side by side, and opens each application in its own tab, filled and waiting for you to check. If the GrowAhead desktop app is installed, you can send the whole stack to the app instead and approve each application there. Reads job description PDFs If a posting links its full job description as a PDF (including files on SharePoint or Google Drive), GrowAhead adds its text so your fit and resume use the whole description. Works where you look for jobs Job sites and company career pages. On job sites whose terms don't allow automated applications, GrowAhead saves the job, scores it and tailors your resume, and you apply there yourself. Works with the GrowAhead app If the GrowAhead desktop app is installed, jobs can open straight in the app instead. Your privacy • A page is read only when you press the button – never in the background. • GrowAhead never presses Submit, never types passwords, and never solves CAPTCHAs. • Your password is sent to GrowAhead once at sign-in.
