Group Posting PRO is a Chrome extension that posts to multiple Facebook groups at once — the groups you are already a member of, from the browser you are already signed into. You write the post, you pick the groups, you set the pace. Free plan: 5 group posts a day, no card. Posting to 30 groups by hand is 30 tabs, 30 pastes and an hour you do not get back. WHAT IT DOES Write one post — text, links, photos or video — and send it to as many groups as you want. Schedule it instead: once, daily, weekly or monthly (Pro). Give every group a differently worded version, using spintax you write or AI that writes it for you. Post as your Page instead of your personal profile, and keep each Page's group lists separate. Watch your groups for people asking for what you sell, and get notified when someone does. Read a run log afterwards that says what happened to every single group. HOW IT WORKS — FOUR STEPS 1. Install it and open Facebook. It imports the groups you belong to. Thousands, if you are in thousands — and it saves as it goes, so a slow connection or a closed tab never costs you the whole import. 2. Write your post in the composer. Add photos or video, a first comment, a coloured background, spintax, or AI variations. 3. Pick the groups, or a saved list, and choose Post now or Schedule. 4. Watch it run. Each group gets its own result and its own reason. Stop it whenever you want. FEATURES POST TO MANY GROUPS FROM ONE SCREEN Select the groups, press post, and Group Posting PRO works through them one at a time while you carry on with something else. You can stop a run mid-way without losing the results you already have. SCHEDULE AHEAD (PRO) Schedule a post once, daily, weekly or monthly. Two things stated up front so they are not a surprise. Scheduling is a Pro feature — on the free plan you can build a schedule and save it, but it stays paused until you upgrade. And your browser has to be open at the scheduled time, because this is an extension running on your own machine, not a server posting on your behalf. POST AS YOUR BUSINESS PAGE Pick which identity posts: your personal profile, or any Page you administer. Before each Page post the extension confirms you are still acting as that Page, and if it cannot confirm, it skips that post rather than publishing it from your personal profile by accident. Each Page also keeps its own group lists and tags, so a client's groups never leak into another client's run. TWO POSTING ENGINES, BOTH ON THE FREE PLAN Speed Mode posts through Facebook's own interface and is the default. Classic Mode drives the composer visually, is slower, and handles video better. Switch between them per run. Neither is behind the paywall. PACING AND DAILY LIMITS YOU SET You choose the gap between groups. Group Posting PRO only ever raises that gap, never lowers it, and only when the volume you have already done today makes your setting unrealistically short: a 15 second minimum under 30 posts in the last 24 hours, 30 seconds under 60, 45 seconds under 100, and a minute beyond that. Roughly one gap in ten becomes a longer break. If you would rather go slower still, Maximum Safety spaces a heavy day up to six times wider. It is all visible while it runs, and you can stop at any point. WARM-UP FOR A NEW ACCOUNT A fresh install starts in warm-up: 5 posts a day for the first two days, then 10, then 20, then no cap from day six. It is on by default for new installs and you can switch it off in the Safety Center. The point is to build a normal posting history on a young account instead of going from nothing to a hundred on day one. A DIFFERENT WORDING FOR EVERY GROUP Write {Hi|Hello} {everyone|all} and it expands differently for each group. Spintax works in the post and in the first comment, and it is free on every plan. On Pro, one click has the AI write several genuinely different versions of the same post and rotate them as it publishes — because nobody in five of your groups wants to scroll past the identical wall of text five times. AI THAT WRITES IN YOUR VOICE (PRO) Teach it your role, your niche, your offer and your tone once. After that it drafts posts from a brief, rewrites what you have written for conversion or polish, suggests context-aware synonyms on a highlighted word, and drafts replies to leads. The AI features are Pro only — said here so nobody installs expecting them on the free plan. LEAD RADAR (PRO) Your groups are full of people saying "can anyone recommend", "looking for", "does anyone know". Lead Radar scans the groups you choose for your keywords on a schedule, notifies you when someone matches, drafts a reply you review before sending, and exports the lot to CSV. It is a finished feature, not a beta. CAMPAIGNS Build a sequence — post, wait 48 hours, follow up, repeat — and let it run over weeks. You write every message and choose every group before the campaign starts. Nothing is published that you have not composed and approved in advance, and that is true of schedules too. GROUP LISTS THAT STAY ORGANISED Sort your groups into named lists — Local buy and sell, B2B, Property — and post to a list instead of hunting through hundreds of checkboxes. FIRST COMMENTS AND COLOURED BACKGROUNDS Drop your link into the first comment automatically to keep the post itself clean, and use the native coloured backgrounds for short posts. If a background style is retired, the post still goes out without it rather than failing. A RUN LOG THAT TELLS YOU THE TRUTH Every group in a run gets its own outcome and its own reason: posted, held for admin approval, refused because that group does not accept posts from Pages, session expired, media rejected. Not a red X with no explanation. And when we genuinely cannot tell whether a post landed, it is marked Unconfirmed and you are told to check the group before re-posting — the extension will not silently retry and hand you a duplicate to apologise for. IT WILL NOT DOUBLE-POST If an automated run would send the exact same post to a group that already received it today, it skips that group. A schedule that fires twice cannot embarrass you twice. IT LEARNS WHICH GROUPS REFUSE PAGE POSTS Some groups are set to accept posts only from people, not Pages. Once a group has refused a given Page twice, Group Posting PRO excludes it from that Page's next run and tells you which groups and why — it is the group's own setting, and your personal profile can usually still post there. One tap includes them anyway if you disagree. It is a daily backup plus a manual restore, not live sync between machines. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO It does not run with your browser closed. Scheduled posts need Chrome open and the machine awake. It does not get you into groups. You post where you are already a member with permission to post. It does not overrule a group's rules. If a group holds posts for admin approval, yours waits in that queue like everyone else's. If a group refuses posts from Pages, that is the group's setting. It is not a guarantee. No tool can promise an account is never restricted. Pacing, daily limits and warm-up exist so you stay in control of your own volume — you are still responsible for each group's rules and for Meta's terms. It is not a content farm. You write the post and select the groups before anything publishes, including for schedules and campaigns. COMMON QUESTIONS How do I post to multiple Facebook groups at once? Install Group Posting PRO, let it import the groups you belong to, write your post once, tick the groups you want, and press post. Scheduling, AI, Lead Radar and cloud backup are Pro. Will this get my account banned? Nobody can promise you that, and you should be sceptical of any tool that does. What this one does is keep you in control of the things that actually matter: how fast you post, how much you post in a day, and whether every group receives identical text. It enforces a minimum gap between groups, ramps a new account up over its first week, and stops an automated run from sending the same post to the same group twice in a day. Read each group's rules, do not treat groups as a billboard, and use the pacing controls rather than switching them off. Do I have to give you my Facebook password? No, and it is never asked for or stored. The extension works inside the session you are already logged into in your own browser. Nothing posts from our servers. Can I post to groups as my Facebook Page instead of my profile? Yes. Pick the Page in the identity switcher and it posts as that Page. Before every Page post it verifies the Page is still the acting identity and skips the post rather than risk publishing from your personal profile. Each Page also keeps its own group lists. Does my computer have to be on for scheduled posts? Yes. This is an extension, so your browser has to be open and the machine awake at the scheduled time. If that does not suit you, schedule for hours you are working rather than overnight. How many groups can it import? As many as you are in. There is no practical ceiling — a 2,000 group account imports fine — and progress is saved along the way, so an interrupted import never starts over from zero. What happens if a group holds posts for admin approval? The run log marks it as awaiting approval instead of pretending it published. Your post is sitting in that group's moderation queue and appears when a moderator releases it. Group Posting PRO does not bypass moderation queues and cannot make one faster. Can I post photos and video? Yes — Images and Videos. You can also upload a pool of images and have each post pick a random selection from it. Will every group see exactly the same post? Mainstream schedulers publish to Pages and profiles you own, through an official API. They cannot post into groups you are merely a member of.
