Group Leads

I use group leads to collect email addresses when members join my FB group. This has been a fantastic way to build a thriving email list on auto-pilot. Their plans are affordable, and their IT/customer service team is EXTREMELY helpful and readily available.

JD & Sneha worked together to solve a tech issue we had, they were very responsive and patient as we had a zoom call to figure it out. GroupLeads is a very useful tool for managing large Facebook groups.

We just started to use this product to collect the data for our new Facebook group so far everything has been good. It took about 4 hours to admit more then 3,500 members and it only took that long because of the Facebook parameters and not wanting to be blocked. Other then that, the team is very responsive and helped me with everything I needed help with.

I absolutely LOVE this extension!!! I've used others with so many glitches, and this one has been such smooth sailing in comparison! Also, I had trouble (user error), linking Group Leads to my Email Responder, and not only did they super easily set up a tech call straight away (mind blown they even offer this), but they solved it so quickly and easily! I have hated using this. It isn't user friendly in any way. It has crashed so many times and I ahve wasted hours resetting it. I've finally given up and have currently spend 2 days backwards and forwards trying to cancel. It's too hard and I just want out! I'd like my money back ideally. Would never recommend to anyone!

This extension has no way for you to cancel your subscription.

Ms. Gozum was so helpful and easy to talk to. Her knowledge base was excellent and she was patient with me. I'm very untechy and she was able to show me where I was having the problem and then tested it out so I could repeat the correct way to make it work. I almost canceled the appointment but I am sosososo glad I didn't. She's a keeper. Worked for a bit, then it didn't. Is there really no place to cancel my sub? Looked everywhere in billing, on my profile...Literally no place to cancel. Customer support seems MIA. No response from anyone going on 28 hours now. Disappointed.
