GroupConvert helps group admins save time when new people ask to join their Facebook™ group. It reads each member's answers to your membership questions, approves or declines the request for you, and keeps the contact details you collect organized in one place. WHAT IT DOES • Approve members automatically. Approve requests based on the membership questions you ask, instead of handling each one by hand. • Smart rules (optional). Turn on rules to decline requests that have no email address, that skip every question, or whose answers contain words you choose. Rules are off until you enable them, and if a member's answers can't be read, the request is approved as usual. • Save answers to your Google Sheet. Member answers can be pushed to a Google Sheet you own, or downloaded as a CSV file. • Send new contacts to your email tool. Connect your own email marketing or CRM account, or a custom webhook, and approved members who shared an email address are sent there automatically. Set it up once per group. It is off until you turn it on. • Personalized welcome messages. Send each approved member a friendly message with their name and their own answers filled in. Write several versions and they are used in turn, and add optional if/then lines that change the text based on what a member answered. • Activity at a glance. See how many members you approved, declined and captured, right on the Home screen. • Works with the new and classic Facebook™ group layouts. • Available in several languages. Choose your language from the menu inside the extension. GETTING STARTED Install the extension, open the extension menu and log in, then follow the steps on the Settings tab. New here? Start a free 14-day trial from the login screen, and upgrade from the Plan tab whenever you are ready. YOUR PRIVACY GroupConvert only works on your group's member request page. Your settings and email platform keys are stored in your own browser. Member information is sent only to the Google Sheet, email tool or webhook that you connect.
