GroundedResume connects your LinkedIn job search directly to GroundedResume’s résumé tailoring platform. With one click, the extension detects the job description from a LinkedIn job listing and sends it to GroundedResume, where you can tailor your résumé to the specific role. How to use: 1. Open a job listing on LinkedIn. 2. Click the GroundedResume extension icon. 3. Review the detected job description. 4. Click “Tailor my résumé to this job.” The extension only reads and sends the job description when you explicitly initiate the action.
