While our web extension is free for anyone to use, it was designed to work in conjunction with a GRIN account (our paid Creator Management product). When you are logged into your GRIN account, the web extension also allows you to import and manage the creators you find. You can learn more at https://grin.co/

The extension no longer shows that influencers analytics even after refreshing the page. Only shows zero follower. It used to work perfectly 2 weeks ago. Updated review: Works perfectly now after the update. Thanks

Thank you for the heads up. We've noticed problems loading Instagram profiles and are working on a fix. I'll come back and edit this when the new version is published. UPDATE: This is fixed in the latest version 4.0.8. Your browser should auto-update the extension over the next few days, but you can follow these steps to force an update: -Remove the GRIN Creator Discovery extension. -Reinstall the GRIN Creator Discovery extension. -Relaunch your browser.

Doesn't seem to work for Instagram. Only shows the total follower count.

Thanks for reporting this behavior; it's definitely something we'd like to address. You can reach our support team by logging in to your GRIN account and using the support widget in the bottom right-hand corner. We'd love to help figure out what is happening.

Worked great to help me find insights, recently I noticed the extension is showing only followers, but I assume the tool is going through some development at the moment. Can't wait until the features fully return!

Since yesterday the extension are showing followers only.

Due to the change, the web extension now only displays Total Follower Count and Average Views.
