Keep your tasks from haunting you. GrimTabs is a notes and task board that sits in Chrome's side panel, beside whatever page you are working on. Click the icon and your to do list is right there, without switching tabs or apps. YOUR BOARD • Do not forget, To do, Started, Finished and Personal notes sections, each in its own colour • Drag notes into the order you want, or into another section, and drag the sections into your own order too • Quick add: type a title and press Enter • Tick a note to finish it, or press play to start it • Undo after moving, finishing, archiving or sorting ITEMS AND COLOURS • Group your notes by client, project or anything else, each with its own colour • Filter the board to one item, or group every section by item • See how many notes each item has to do, started and overdue REMINDERS • Give a note a date and time and Chrome reminds you when it is due • Snooze for an hour or until tomorrow morning, from the notification or the board • Today, Tomorrow and Next week shortcuts • Repeat notes every day, week or month, and pause them over holidays • The toolbar icon shows how many notes are overdue • The bell lists everything overdue, due today and due this week INSIDE A NOTE • Checklists with "2 of 5 done" on the note • Save the page you are on into a note, with clickable links • Copy a note as text for Teams or a ticket, duplicate it, or save it as a template • See when it was created, started and finished KEEP THINGS TIDY • Archive finished notes by hand or automatically after a week, and search the archive • Back up everything to a file and restore it • Export your notes to a spreadsheet (CSV for Excel) • Separate boards for different users, such as Work and Personal • Larger text option • A built-in How to use guide behind the ? button PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your notes stay in your own Chrome profile and sync through your own Chrome account.
