YOUR MEETINGS IN THE AI YOU ALREADY USE Connect your Grilo account to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another MCP-compatible AI. Ask "What did we agree with Marina?" or "What next steps came up in this week's meetings?". Retrieve available transcripts, summaries, tasks and screenshots without copying and pasting each meeting. Connect and authorize the integration first; availability depends on the app and plan you use. CONTEXT FOR THE PEOPLE YOU WORK WITH Share meetings through Grilo so authorized people can consult the available records. Team managers can access member meetings according to the access disclosed to and accepted by each person. IN THE BROWSER YOU ALREADY USE Works with Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams in Chrome. For WhatsApp Web, start capture through the extension. Capture depends on the platform and permissions granted. Grilo does not add a bot as a meeting participant. GET STARTED 1. Install and open Grilo. 2. Follow the extension instructions to connect your account at grilo.ai. 3. Choose the spoken language, grant the requested permissions and set your goal. 4. Follow the transcript and ask for help during the conversation. AI features depend on your account and available credits or your own API key configuration. Interface language and speech recognition language are separate settings. YOUR DATA AND YOUR TEAM Grilo stores data locally and syncs authenticated accounts. When recording is enabled and upload completes, audio is also available in the cloud. Text, audio and images may be sent to AI providers depending on the feature. Using your own API key does not disable sync or recording storage. Broad website access for screenshots is optional. Before joining a team, each member acknowledges manager access to existing and new meetings: transcripts, recordings, screenshots, summaries and tasks. Managers can set the suggestion policy. The extension does not let managers remotely start a recording. Inform participants about recording, transcription and AI use before capturing the conversation.
