WHAT THE FREE VERSION DOES Copies any table it can find to your clipboard, ready to paste into a spreadsheet. There is no row limit. A five thousand row table copies as five thousand rows. WHAT THE PAID VERSION ADDS Large grids in applications like Salesforce, Workday and React admin tools keep only the rows currently on screen — scroll down and the earlier rows are discarded by the page itself. The paid tier follows the grid as it scrolls, reassembles the whole thing in the right order, and exports to CSV. IT CLEANS UP WHAT IT FINDS Currency symbols and thousands separators become real numbers you can sum. Footnote markers are dropped. Accounting negatives like (99) come back as -99. Identifiers that look like numbers — leading-zero codes, long reference numbers — are deliberately left as text, because turning them into numbers corrupts them. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR MACHINE Grid Export reads the page already open in front of you and writes a file. It has no server to send anything to. It asks for permission to read the current tab only when you click the button, and it requests no host permissions at all, so it cannot see pages you have not pointed it at. Activation is offline too: the licence key is checked inside your browser against a signature, so the extension never contacts us — not when you install it, not when you activate it, and not when you use it.
