Greyhour turns the websites you choose black and white, so they're less tempting to scroll. - Pick your sites. Add YouTube, Instagram or any site you like, or press "Add this site" while you're on it. - A schedule for each site. Choose the days and hours for every site separately. Overnight hours, like 10 PM to 2 AM, work too. - Take a break when you need one. Bring the colour back for 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes. The grey returns on its own, or you can end the break early. - Clear status. Each site shows whether it's grey now and when it goes grey next. - Private. Your settings stay on your computer. No account, no tracking, nothing sent anywhere. Chrome asks for your permission for each site you add. Greyhour only works on the sites you choose.
