Score, tag, and clear an entire Greenhouse stage in a fraction of the clicks — without ever leaving the review screen. GreenMaxing Toolbar docks a productivity panel onto your Greenhouse candidate-review pages. Read a candidate, score them, tag them, and disposition them in one place. It runs entirely in your own browser, on your own logged-in Greenhouse session, and — for the optional AI features — under your own AI API key. Scoring stays off until you add a key and give consent. • Per-job scoring criteria: the job description auto-pulls from the live role, and you add need-to-haves, hard dealbreakers, and soft negatives so scores reflect what the role actually needs. • Optionally record the score and rationale to a private, admin-only Greenhouse note, and auto-tag high scorers. KNOW THE CANDIDATE FAST • Keyword highlighting: type the skills and terms you're screening for and they light up everywhere they appear — on the review page and inside the résumé PDF — each keyword its own color, no downloads. • A live tray shows which of your terms a candidate is missing, so ten skills typed in gives an instant read without reading the whole résumé. • Open their full activity feed (notes, emails, and stage changes, filterable) or a compact timeline right from the card. • See the date applied up front, and find their LinkedIn even from a partial link on the page or one buried in the résumé — with a docked profile popup that follows you as you advance. TAG AUTOPILOT — BULK, TAG-DRIVEN DISPOSITIONING • Bucket a stage's candidates by your quick-tags, then handle each group its own way. • Every group has two independent switches — Reject this group, and Send a message — so one run can reject some groups (with a rejection email, or silently) and send a message-only keep-warm note to others, with no rejection. • Any Greenhouse email template, with merge fields that fill per candidate. AI can draft or refine the wording. • You review every outgoing email before anything sends. AUTO-RANK A STAGE • Score a whole stage of candidates so you can review the strongest first, with an up-front cost estimate before it spends, and calibration so the ranking reflects your criteria. EMAIL TEMPLATES • Save and update your Greenhouse templates, with an AI write/edit assistant to draft or refine the wording. You always review before anything is used. QUICK-TAGGING & MARK REVIEWED • One-click tags to organize your pipeline, with optional auto-advance to the next candidate so you fly through a stage. ────────────────────────────────────── SETUP — A FEW MINUTES ────────────────────────────────────── 1. Open the panel's settings (gear icon). Under AI scoring, choose a provider, paste your own API key, and tick the consent checkbox. Scoring stays off until both a key and consent are set. 2. Add your quick-tags (e.g. "Reject – Experience", "Potential"). These power one-click tagging and Tag Autopilot. 3. Optionally add per-job scoring criteria: need-to-haves, dealbreakers, and notes. A full Quickstart & Help page is linked as the extension's website and support URL. ────────────────────────────────────── ⚠ TAG AUTOPILOT PERFORMS LIVE ACTIONS ────────────────────────────────────── Tag Autopilot performs real, live actions in Greenhouse on your behalf — it rejects candidates and/or sends them actual emails — and this cannot be undone. It is protected by a one-time "go live" opt-in the first time you use it, and a count confirmation on every run. You review every outgoing email before anything sends, and if a candidate's email or eligibility can't be confirmed, they are skipped rather than guessed. ────────────────────────────────────── YOUR DATA & AI DISCLOSURE ────────────────────────────────────── GreenMaxing has no server of its own — no backend, no analytics, no developer database. It runs entirely in your own logged-in Greenhouse session. Your settings, API key, criteria, and AI scores are stored locally on your device only. The AI features are opt-in. When you score a candidate or use the AI email assistant, the candidate's résumé text and name and your role criteria are sent directly from your browser to the AI provider you chose, using your own API key, and are subject to that provider's terms. Screening-question answers are stripped out before the request. The developer never receives your candidate data or your key.
