App still available?

Hi, I just crashed my phone, so I lost the app which I used very frequently. I would love to get the app back, but it is not available in the android Play Store anymore. I only see the application in the chrome web store, but my version of Windows refuses to install.

Question: is the app still available for android phones? Otherwise, do you have a file to install on phone or windows? Then, please send to mathieslucassen@gmail.com
