Work with your organization's Granis workspace on the sites you enable: ask about the page, and have Granis read and fill it.

Granis is central intelligence for your organization: one governed system that runs work across it, with every action connected to a persistent, evidence-backed knowledge layer your organization owns. This extension brings that system into your browser, so the work happens where you already are. IT JOINS THE TOOLS YOUR ORGANIZATION ALREADY RUNS ON Granis connects to your Google Workspace as a member of your organization — with its own account on your own domain, granis@yourdomain, not a borrowed personal login. Every action it takes is attributable to that account in your own Google audit trail, so you can always tell what Granis did from what a person did. • Gmail. Granis works from your organization's own Granis mailbox: reading what arrives, working out what it is, opening the work it implies, and drafting the reply. Anything that goes out is approved by you first. • Google Calendar. Granis reads the diary and free/busy before it proposes anything. It names the clash it found instead of double-booking you, holds time once you agree, and will not invite anyone else without your say-so. • Google Drive, Docs and Sheets. Your documents stay in your own Drive. Granis reads the folders you share with it, turns what it finds into evidence it can cite later, and writes documents and spreadsheets back — every create, edit or upload behind your explicit confirmation. At setup it proposes a folder structure for the whole organization and creates nothing until your administrator approves the exact preview. • The Google connection itself. This extension is how that setup happens. Granis walks your administrator through it and, after one itemised approval, completes the Admin Console steps against the exact account and the exact permissions you approved — and stops if anything on the screen differs. WHAT IT DOES ONCE IT IS CONNECTED • Financial intelligence. What you spent last month, what is still uncategorised, what is owed. Granis answers from your organization's own records, cleans them up with you, and projects forward from committed funding and your own recorded income. The figures are computed from your data, not written by a model — the same data always produces the same document. • Funding. Source-backed shortlists built from your organization's own evidence rather than a generic web search, with the requirements and the flags to review. A human reviews and submits; Granis never submits an application. • Documents. A branded invoice, letter or report on your own letterhead, numbered from your own sequence, from one sentence. Rendered deterministically from structured data, so the figures in the document and the figures in your records cannot disagree. • Proposals and forms. Drafts grounded in evidence Granis can point back to, and long portal forms prepared for you on the page. Granis never presses Submit. • Delivery. Tasks taken and closed inside the conversation, in your organization's own records, rather than in another dashboard someone has to keep current. • Email, scheduling and the rest of it, in one place. Because every one of these draws on the same evidence layer, the work compounds: what was gathered for one grant, report or invoice is already there for the next. AND THE PAGE IN FRONT OF YOU On a site you have enabled, Granis opens beside the page with your organization already in the room. You are not re-explaining who you are to a blank box. • Ask about what you are looking at. A funder's guidelines, a supplier's terms, a portal's eligibility page: Granis reads the page and answers against your own records, so "do we qualify?" or "have we dealt with them before?" is answered from your organization's evidence, not from a guess. • Have the page filled in. Long application, registration and renewal forms are completed field by field from what your organization already holds. A field Granis cannot fill from your records stays empty for you rather than being invented, and Granis never presses Submit. • Carry it back. What you learn on the page can be kept in your organization's own record, cited to where it came from, so the next grant, report or renewal starts from it instead of from nothing. Approvals on the page work exactly as they do everywhere else: anything consequential waits for you, one action at a time. YOU CHOOSE THE SITES, ONE AT A TIME Granis does nothing on a site until you enable it there. You grant each site separately, at the moment you turn it on, and you can turn it off again from the toolbar. Granis is never granted access to every site you visit at install. WHAT GRANIS READS, AND WHEN This is a feature, so it is worth stating plainly. On a site you have enabled, and when you ask Granis to do something with that page, the extension reads that page and sends a structured summary of it to your organization's Granis workspace: the address, the headings, the form fields and their visible labels, and the text needed to answer you or complete the field you asked for. That is what makes answering about the page — and filling it — possible. YOUR DATA Granis is not an AI model — there is no Granis model for your data to train. Your data is never used for model training, and it is never sold or licensed to third parties for their own use. Each organization's data is isolated from every other organization's, and every durable fact Granis holds traces back to the document it came from. Consequential actions — sending, submitting, confirming, booking, writing to your Drive — require your explicit approval immediately before they happen, and no approval carries over to the next one.
