Features: 1. Access Wave from any Chrome web page. 2. Click-to-call phone numbers from any Chrome web page including web-based CRMs. 3. Search your contacts by name/department/position, view the presence, and make calls. 4. Rich call control functions: Audio and video call, call flipping feature, call transfer (attended/blind transfer), call recording, call hold/resume, etc. 5.
