Grandstream Wave for Chrome is a lightweight soft phone that integrates with the UCM63xx PBX seamlessly, which allows users to click-to-dial on any Chrome browser pages at any time, search for your colleagues and make calls, quickly answer calls, and improve your working productivity. Features: 1. Access Wave from any Chrome web page. 2. Click-to-call phone numbers from any Chrome web page including web-based CRMs. 3. Search your contacts by name/department/position, view the presence, and make calls. 4. Rich call control functions: Audio and video call, call flipping feature, call transfer (attended/blind transfer), call recording, call hold/resume, etc. 5. View call records and voicemail, and play voicemail online. 6. Obvious call reminders and missed call notifications to avoid missing any calls.
