Gradovio fills in the application form in front of you — your name, contact details, right to work, notice period, salary expectations — from the answers you gave once on gradovio.com. It writes a CV and cover letter for that specific job and attaches them to the form. It works on the application systems most large UK graduate employers use, straight after you install it. On any other employer's site, it asks for that one site and runs there only once you allow it. IT GETS SHORTER AS YOU GO When you answer something on a form that Gradovio did not know, it keeps that answer and fills it in next time. The tenth application asks less than the first. WHAT IT NEVER DOES • Submit an application. You read every one and send it yourself. • Answer equal-opportunities questions — ethnicity, disability, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation. It will not fill them and does not store them. • Store a password, card number, National Insurance or passport number, or date of birth, whatever you type into a box. • Tick a declaration, a consent, or a marketing opt-in on your behalf. • Read any page until you press a button in the side panel.
