GPTandME is a simple, local-first prompt counter for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and optional Grok. See how many prompts you send today, this week, this month, and all time. A clear seven-day activity chart and service breakdown help you understand your usage at a glance. Choose an optional in-page counter, or just use the toolbar badge and popup. Your existing history remains compatible. Download a complete JSON backup, restore an earlier backup, or export dated counts as CSV. CSV imports add counts; importing the same file twice duplicates them. Usage is stored locally in your browser. GPTandME does not store prompt or response text and does not send your usage to a server. It has no GPTandME account requirement. Counts cover new sends on supported browser chat websites only. Existing conversations are not imported. Native desktop apps, command-line tools, IDEs, direct API usage, and Incognito are outside scope. Counting depends on recognized requests or page controls and may need an update when a provider changes its site. Counts indicate sends, not successful responses or billing usage. Optional Grok counting requires granting access to grok.com. Reload chat tabs after updating the extension or changing optional access.
