Helps fix ChatGPT’s missing native navigator by automatically loading conversation history.

ChatGPT’s native prompt navigator can sometimes fail to appear because conversation history has not fully loaded. GPT Navigator Helper helps fix this loading issue automatically, while working to preserve your reading position. This is an Open-Source project: https://github.com/sssstf0rest/GPT-Navigator-Helper Requirements and limitations: Requires Chrome 152 or newer and access to ChatGPT. The observed ChatGPT implementation requires at least five user prompts for its native navigator. Shorter conversations can correctly show no navigator. Availability also depends on ChatGPT’s layout, conversation mode, account conditions, and future site changes. Loading more history does not guarantee native navigation will be available. Preparation is designed to preserve your reading position, but ChatGPT’s own rendering can still cause movement. Privacy and site access: The helper runs only on chatgpt.com. It temporarily processes conversation history responses, conversation addresses, page state, and interaction timing in your browser to prepare history and display status. It can enlarge ChatGPT’s own history requests and trigger its earlier-history loader. Conversation data is not uploaded to the developer. There is no developer backend, analytics, advertising, or persistent conversation storage. The helper does not record the text you type. Code and fonts are bundled locally.
