GPS IO

Garmin GPS data transfer extension, for use with CalTopo / SARTopo. Uses Native Messaging. Requires additional installation steps; this extension won't do anything by itself. See https://github.com/ncssar/gpsio 1.1.0 - 11/27/2021 - add a checkbox to remove numbers from exported track (assignment boundary) names; only affects names where the number is preceded by a space, e.g. 'AA 101' will be exported as 'AA'
